We find ourselves today living in a postmodern and post-Christian society. Secularism is rampant and impacting churches and faith communities. The local church must thrive for the sake of teaching and equipping the saints. However, many pastors are unable to navigate the challenges they’re facing today.
The result can be a staff with low morale and high turnover, and a broken pathway for discipleship and evangelism, or worse. Couple this with an increasing lack of trust between leadership bodies within the church and it fosters an environment of fear, anxiety, and isolation. When proven leadership practices are applied, the church can flourish, cities and nations will rejoice, and a global economy of grace can be created.
